posted by Jordan on 2008/6/25 (Comics)Once again, a late update, but I'm slowly working my way past my writer's block. And quickly coming up on the part I've been waiting to do for months. Things should be interesting in the coming days.
Also, I'd like to remind everyone to play nice together in the comments. The last two issues have had a few arguments break out. Although there hasn't really been any big problems yet, I figured I would just give everyone a heads up that I am reading your comments, and won't hesitate to edit or remove them if they get out of hand. So like I said, play nice.

ow could Kaal know what colour Lana's eyes wre before vampirehood? the only one who would now is Aldran (he saw Lana as she was dying) and I do not think that he would tell Kaal of all people.
Possible Explanation: Aldran is really Miko in disguise and Kaal is her horse. the horse automatiaclly knows all she knows through the mental link they share. Her goal is to kill Lord Shojo and since Lana is his cat in disguise, she will lead the gang to Shojo.

I loved Kaal's description of Lana in the last panel. "assuming we ghosts technically have heights..."
I thought that was hilarious and further indicated Kaal's stupidness.

A nice rapier waved in his face is a good way to throw him off his usual track, and then Lana kept him on the defense by quickly going into "What are you doing" dialogue.

There are some really awesome dialog and great comedic moments in this comic. I expect in another 100 comics, it's going to be looked back as a classic. Great work!

Ooh, those are nice boots... Lana seems to forget about her vampirey powers when she's panicking, though. If nobody's looking, this would be a very good time for summon bats/bat form. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this will turn out.
